This 1-day short course is designed to empower participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective sustainability reporting, focusing specifically on Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions for Scope 1 - 3 as defined by the GHG Protocol. It enables businesses to address their carbon footprint and emissions, aligning with broader environmental sustainability goals. What You'll Learn

Participants will learn to apply the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol standards to collect, measure and report greenhouse gas emissions across all three scopes: Scope 1 (Direct GHG emissions), Scope 2 (Indirect GHG emissions), and Scope 3 (Other indirect GHG emissions). A significant focus will be placed on Scope 3 for all the 15 categories, as participants will dive deeply into the complexities of collecting, measuring and managing these challenging indirect GHG emission across the value chain. A real case study will be given based on the local enterprise as the example to illustrate the strategic carbon management for Sustainability Reporting.
