1) Determine and select the appropriate learning strategies at the workplace
2) Develop On-the-Job Training (OJT) materials based on adult learning principles
3) Employ training / facilitation skills to engage the adult learners/workers to meet learning outcomes
4) Prepare the framework for assessment of workplace training
5) Outline the methodology framework for a ‘Train-the-Trainer’ programme
