About This Course
The Post-Diploma Certificate in Business Analytics (PDC1) is part of Specialist Diploma in Business Analytics & Data Science and consists of 150 hours of training.
This PDC consists of the following modules:
M1: Data Journalism (30 hours)
M2: Data Preparation & Feature Engineering (45 hours)
M3: Predictive Analytics & Forecasting (45 hours)
M4: Business Analytics Project (30 hours)
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
Applicants who meet any of the following requirements will be considered for admission:
• A degree (or higher), preferably in IT, Business, Engineering or Mathematics
• A diploma from a local Polytechnic, ITE, or other IHLs in IT, Business or Engineering with minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in ICT or related field.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:
• Evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience; or
• Supporting evidence of competency readiness.
Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or proficiency test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
