Generative AI Tools for Productivity Improvement
About This Course
This course equips mid-level professionals (supervisors, managers, specialists) from various industries to leverage the power of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and integration possibilities. The course will cover and go beyond the basic conversational AI interfaces like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and more, and go into integrated and customisable solutions like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Advanced, Microsoft Studio and Google Gems. Learners will learn to automate tasks, create content, and analyse data with AI, boosting their team’s effectiveness and efficiency.

• LO1. Determine problems in current workflows and software that Generative AI can address
• LO2. Track the latest advancements and best practices in Generative AI technologies
• LO3. Utilise Generative AI tools to tackle identified issues and enhance efficiency in specific tasks
• LO4. Develop a proposal to convince management to formally adopt the AI tools explored
Entry Requirements
- 2 years of working experience in any sector; and
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) 5 or equivalent
*Learners without the right WPLN or equivalent qualifications can be accepted if they have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in retail-related and/or supervisory roles, subject to the MR’s approval.
