About This Course
This course is designed to equip participants on the ‘know-how’ to conduct negotiations to establish win-win outcomes for the organisation. Participants will also acquire the relevant procedural knowledge and competencies to carry out assigned work tasks and react to changes in the workcontexts by adjusting the application of skills.
Participants will be able to operate with independence in a business, getting ahead in the workplace, resolving conflicts, and creating values in relationships for the stakeholders.

At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
* List principles, objectives and importance of negotiation in a business entity
* Identify the components of negotiation plans and the legislation and regulations related to it.
* Acquire a systematic framework for understanding negotiation
* Apply negotiation techniques to achieve mutual gain
* Develop personal skills in negotiation and applying conflict resolution techniques
* Devise appropriate behaviours, strategies, tactics and design solutions that lead to effective and collaborative settlements
* Monitor and evaluate negotiation outcomes against objectives in accordance with organisational procedures
