What You'll Learn
- To identify the types and characteristics of the different tiles and finishings on washroom floors, types of tools and equipment and supplies to use.
- To wear appropriate PPE correctly to perform cleaning.
- To identify the appropriate types of safety signages to use and to display them safely at designated area.
- To use correct methods to remove dust, debris, soilage and spillage to perform cleaning of washroom facilities.
- To perform procedures to complete the inspection card, replenish consumable after work is completed and to report appropriate person or supervisor if work activities cannot be carried out.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should preferably:
1. Be above 18 years of age
2. Able to speak, listen, and read English at a proficiency level equivalent to
Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level
(WPL) 1.
3. Minimum primary or lower education
4. No prior cleaning work experience required.
