This course equips learners with the foundational skills and applied understanding of Generative AI (GenAI), aligned to the nationally endorsed Skills Framework for Infocomm Technology (ICT), under the AI Practitioner pathway at the Fundamental level.
Through this course, learners will explore key concepts such as data quality, model typologies, prompt engineering, model limitations, performance metrics, and the ethical and societal impact of AI systems. Participants will gain the ability to evaluate and guide the quality of GenAI outputs without requiring coding knowledge, making the course accessible and immediately applicable across industries.
Designed specifically for individuals in roles such as operations, marketing, customer service, policy, or digital transformation, the course helps address growing workforce needs in understanding and responsibly applying AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging models.
