Win the Deal with DISC
About This Course
This course is designed for professionals, managers, and executives (PMEs) in sales, account management, and business development roles who are responsible for driving revenue through client-facing negotiations. It is especially relevant for individuals who must engage in strategic conversations with diverse stakeholders, adapt to different communication styles, and close deals that balance business objectives with customer expectations.
Learners will explore how to identify and respond to behavioural cues using the DISC personality model, plan negotiation outcomes that align with commercial goals, and apply persuasive communication techniques tailored to various personality types. The course emphasises strategic preparation, conflict resolution, and closing tactics that enhance negotiation outcomes in real-world sales contexts.
Drawing from case studies, role play simulations, peer discussions, and guided negotiation planning, learners will develop the judgement, flexibility, and confidence needed to conduct outcome-driven negotiations across a variety of client scenarios. They will strengthen their ability to manage objections, structure alternatives, and finalise deals while maintaining professionalism and long-term relationship value.
This course is ideal for beginner to intermediate-level PMEs who want to elevate their negotiation capabilities, improve sales conversion rates, and build trust-based relationships through personality-aligned, outcome-focused negotiation strategies.
