About This Course
This course equips learners with foundational and applied skills in using generative AI tools responsibly and effectively in workplace contexts. It introduces widely adopted tools such as ChatGPT, DALL·E, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and guides learners in creating meaningful AI-generated content using structured prompting techniques.
In addition to prompting and output evaluation, the course addresses responsible AI use, ethical considerations, and compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Learners will explore real-world risks of data misuse and learn anonymisation strategies when using AI in enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365.
