About This Course
In this 1.5-day course, learners will master the use of Microsoft Copilot Studio (or equivalent), Power Platform, and Teams to design and deploy custom AI agents that enhance workplace productivity. With step-by-step guidance and drag-and-drop tools, learners will build AI agents to handle customer inquiries, process documents, summarise meetings, and automate routine workflows without needing coding expertise. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped to independently create and implement AI-driven solutions that save hours of repetitive work each week, enabling them to focus on strategic, high-value business tasks.
