Entry Requirements
This course is designed for professionals who serve as front-line support in promoting mental well-being within the workplace. It is especially relevant for well-being champions, peer supporters, people managers, HR professionals, safety officers, and medical or triage staff who are often the first to notice signs of distress among employees. These roles play a critical part in early identification and response to emotional and psychological issues in the workplace. This course addresses that gap by equipping learners with the foundational knowledge of mental health and the practical application of Psychological First Aid (PFA). By learning to recognise signs of emotional distress and apply structured PFA techniques, participants will be better prepared to support colleagues effectively, promote a psychologically safe work culture, and act as key enablers in their organisation’s mental well-being strategy.
