About This Course
The learning journey begins with establishing analytics strategy, selecting appropriate metrics, and managing measurement efforts to address core business challenges. It continues with the application of knowledge to monitor the effectiveness of data analytics tools and technologies for tracking organisational performance.
A significant portion of the course is dedicated to analysing customer activities and behaviours through deep-dive analysis, alongside managing related analytics efforts such as predictive modelling, churn analysis, and cost optimisation, all within budget constraints.
The course concludes by teaching learners how to communicate quantitative findings on products and services, interpret trends, and formulate data-driven recommendations.
