About This Course
This competency-based training programme is designed to equip cleaning supervisors and managers with the essential skills and knowledge required to supervise the maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene of public areas and its related amenities in a safe manner in accordance with workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements. Learners will be trained to understand legal obligations, follow organisational procedures, communicate with subordinates with attention to hygiene, safety, and documentation.
