About This Course

This course is aimed to impart to learners the knowledge, skills, and ethical awareness to apply Generative AI tools in the workplace to generate useful outputs, refine their use for greater accuracy and productivity, and do so in a responsible and privacy-conscious manner.

What You'll Learn

Learners will learn what is Generative AI, popular AI models and how they work and its potential in the industries and workplaces. The learners will also learn the skills to write, review and revise prompts in an iterative manner to generate accurate, relevant, clear, structured and actionable outputs for use in the workplaces. Learners will also be exposed to a wide range of ethical issues faced when using generative AI, especially those relating to data privacy concerns. They will then learn to apply guidelines for ensure the responsible use of AI and anonymisation techniques to address data privacy concerns.
