About This Course
In today’s workplace, given the increasing emphasis to deliver good customer service amidst growing competition, the ability to turn business policy and objectives into great service management with quality assurance is highly valued in a modern workplace. As customer experience is being placed at a premium across many industries, learners with good service orientation and mindset will be highly valued.
In this module, learners will acquire the knowledge and skills in customer satisfaction related to service management. Core topics include complaint management and service guarantees.

At the end of this CmU, learners will be able to:
1. Identify the four driving forces that contributes to the growing importance of services in the world economy, and the different classifications of services in relation to the management of services.
2. Explain the components in managing service delivery and the components in setting up a system of customer satisfaction measurement in relation to increasing customer loyalty.
3. Recommend solutions to increase customer satisfaction through using the different components of Service Level Guarantee.
