Adaptable Leadership: Build People, Purpose and Performance
About This Course
This course is designed for supervisors, managers and leaders seeking to unlock their leadership potential and transform workplace performance and service standards through Adaptable Leadership. It equips learners with the Adaptable Leadership Framework (ALF) to diagnose performance states and apply effective leadership approaches for optimal impact. ALF centers on understanding 4 distinct Performance States based on the Capability-Drive matrix. Learners will evaluate 4 corresponding Adaptable Leadership approaches: Mentoring, Instructing, Consulting and Empowering based on a guidance-relationship matrix. Assess where team members operate within the performance matrix, understand how diverse performance states create dynamic team challenges, and develop strategies to optimise both individual and collective performance. Embrace people-centric and purpose-driven action planning to elevate team performance through the power of intentional Adaptable Leadership development.
