Forge Business Resilience Through Workplace Learning
About This Course
"This course empowers leaders, managers, and learning professionals to strengthen business resilience through strategic workplace learning. There is also a need for organisation to relook at learning and development as an investment in hman capital and not a business cost.
This programme draws inspiration from the seminal work Dr. Roy Pollock, the 6 Disciplines of Breaktrhough Learning which looks into how learning and development can transalte to business results. This coupled with the 70-20-10 learning model, equips participants with the tools, knowledge, and practical skills to identify, plan, implement, and evaluate learning and development initiatives aligned with business goals.
Participants will explore how to identify emerging skill needs driven by market trends, assess employee capabilities, design tailored learning plans, and embed learning into daily work through coaching, mentoring, and experiential learning. The course highlights legal and ethical considerations, instructional techniques, communication strategies, and evaluation frameworks to ensure that learning leads to measurable performance improvement.
Through a blend of formal instruction, collaborative activities, and applied practice, participants will gain the confidence and competence to integrate learning into the fabric of their teams—building workforce adaptability, capability, and long-term resilience in a changing business environment."
