What You'll Learn
2. Employ human-centered user research methodologies to collect and analyze feedback from users, focusing on their needs and experiences with IT products and services, while also evaluating usage patterns, desired user experiences, and metrics such as engagement and retention.
3. Apply principles of information architecture to document and measure the indicators of how different user personas interact/respond in the form of steps through journey maps, user flows and annotated wireframes to the product or service.
4. Evaluate various levels of prototyping and recognize their significance in product design for proposing and implementing essential adjustments to an IT product or service, aiming to improve the overall user experience.
5. Apply best practices in visual and UI design to assess performance levels and identify discrepancies between current UX and desired UX
6. Utilise design principles in UI design with industry-standard tools such as Figma to create wireframes and prototypes adhering to established requirements and methodologies with respect to user-centred inputs and perspectives.
7. Gather diverse user responses to generate high fidelity design prototypes using Figma and execute usability testing on the updates/modifications with users to validate the solution's technical viability and effectiveness.
