About This Course
This one-day course introduces participants to the growing role of digital marketplaces and gig platforms within Singapore’s retail and service sectors. As organisations increasingly adopt e-commerce channels and platform-based service models, workers require the ability to navigate online marketplaces, understand digital retail operations, and participate effectively in flexible work arrangements.
Participants will gain foundational knowledge of how major e-commerce and gig platforms operate, including digital marketplaces and online service platforms. The course explores how individuals and organisations can utilise these platforms to support business operations, expand service delivery, and adapt to emerging workforce models.

Entry Requirements
- Aged 21 and above;
- Have an English language proficiency equivalent or higher of any of the following - GCSE N/O Levels pass in English / WPLN Level 5 / IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL (internet based total) 46-59.
- Able to operate computer functions
- If no education level VI will conduct a case-by-case screening on the learner based on working experience
