Explore the essential components of edge networks and gateway platforms. Learn how to configure gateway network connectivity, connect devices to gateway using IoT (Internet Of Things) communication protocols and build a web application for IoT device monitoring and management.
What You'll Learn
Learners will learn to build an IoT (Internet Of Things) edge system using sensor devices and edge gateway. They will also implement device-to-device communication by using techniques such as REST (Representational State Transfer) webservices and MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) services. Lastly they will learn how to develop web applications using Python for IoT device management.
Entry Requirements
Individuals who has some background in Python and/or C programming language.
