CompTIA Artificial Intelligence (AI) Essentials
About This Course
After this course, learners will be able to:
• Create effective prompts: Write clear, focused prompts that give AI the purpose, context and constraints it needs to deliver better, more relevant responses.
• Avoid hallucinations and verify outputs: Spot when AI is wrong and use simple checks to confirm information before you rely on it.
• Use AI responsibly with sensitive information: Know what you should and shouldn’t share with AI tools, and align your use with your organization’s policies and data privacy expectations.
• Identify practical AI use cases in your role: Find everyday tasks where AI can help you save time, beat “blank page” moments and support better decisions.
• Understand generative AI and chatbots: Grasp what generative AI is, how tools like ChatGPT work and where they add value (and where they don’t) in your day‑to‑day job.
• Work in conversational loops, not one‑off transactions: Treat AI as an ongoing conversation so you can refine prompts, build on prior responses and get stronger results over time.
• Everyday work applications: Apply skills to tasks like drafting emails, polishing reports, preparing for meetings, doing research and planning projects.
