Customer Behaviour Analysis for Residential Real Estate
About This Course
This intermediate-level CPD course is designed for residential real estate professionals in Singapore who want to move beyond transactional advice and into evidence-based behavioural analysis. Participants will learn to interpret how housing policies (e.g., ABSD, TDSR, EIP, CPF grants) and behavioural economic drivers (e.g., loss aversion, herding, status aspiration) shape customer decisions. By completing policy simulations, demand forecasts, and structured reporting exercises, learners will gain practical skills to produce defensible, data-driven advisory outputs that enhance client trust and career differentiation in a policy-driven market.
