Build your AI Agent for workplace productivity
About This Course
The modern workplace is increasingly adopting AI agents to automate tasks, improve workflows, and enhance decision-making. Unlike traditional AI chat tools, AI agents can perform multi-step tasks, access information, and support business processes with minimal human intervention. A growing number of these agents are built on open-source platforms, which give organisations transparency into how the agents operate, the flexibility to customise and self-host them, and freedom from vendor lock-in and licensing costs.
In this course, learners will explore how open-source AI agents can be applied to solve practical business challenges. Through hands-on activities and real-world scenarios, participants will learn to design AI-enabled workflows, apply prompt engineering techniques, and evaluate AI-generated outputs. Learners will develop and test AI-assisted solutions that improve productivity, streamline processes, and support informed decision-making.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to design and implement simple AI-enabled workflows using open-source tools to address workplace challenges and enhance business performance.
