Build Better Presentations with AI and Deliver with Confidence
About This Course
This course equips mid-level professionals in data analysis, business communications and management with systematic capability in Data and Information Visualisation. It addresses a capability gap in Singapore organisations where professionals can access AI tools but lack structured technique to transform complex data and reports into clear, visual presentation narratives that drive decisions. The course requires no prior design or AI experience and serves business analysts and data professionals, management consultants, strategy professionals, project managers, and operational leaders who present findings and recommendations regularly.
Across three days, learners develop proficiency in structuring complex information, applying visual design principles, leveraging AI design tools, and delivering persuasive communications with audience engagement. The course is pitched at intermediate level, assuming workplace communication experience but requiring no design background.
What You'll Learn
Learners apply these skills by working with raw data, reports and business material throughout the three-day course, using AI tools to structure content, design slide decks and refine visual assets. By the end of the course, learners can analyse complex information, translate it into visual narratives that guide audiences toward decisions, and deliver those narratives with clarity and confidence.
