AI Pathfinder - Unlocking Workplace Productivity with Generative AI & AI Agents
About This Course
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming how we work. Beyond chatbots and content generation, the latest generation of AI systems can now act as intelligent assistants capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks. This hands-on course equips participants with practical skills to leverage Generative AI, AI agents, and modern AI tools to enhance productivity and effectiveness in everyday work.
Participants will learn structured prompting techniques to improve the accuracy, relevance, and quality of AI-generated outputs. They will also learn how to use AI tools to perform practical tasks such as summarising and analysing documents, generating reports and presentations, transforming and analysing data, and creating multimedia content.
Participants will be introduced to emerging concepts such as AI agents and agentic workflows, and understand how AI systems can assist in automating repetitive and multi-step tasks. The course will also cover accessible no-code and low-code approaches – commonly referred to as “vibe coding” – that enable participants to create simple AI-powered assistants and application with zero coding. Participants will also be introduced to key considerations for responsible AI use, including accuracy verification, data sensitivity, and appropriate human oversight.
By the end of the course, participants will have built their own practical AI assistant or productivity solution and gained the confidence to apply AI tools responsibly and effectively in their workplace.
Co-developed with Home Team (HTX) AI Central and Esse Pi, this course may be contextualised to your organisation’s approved AI tools and use cases.
