PWM-Cleaning: Stakeholder Management (Level 3) AOP
About This Course
This course is only for the PWM workers in the PWM-Cleaning Sector.
WSQ Stakeholder Management (Level 3) is designed for Cleaning Supervisors who manage day-to-day cleaning operations across sites such as offices, malls, schools, healthcare and residential estates.
In the cleaning industry, service quality is highly visible and often evaluated through stakeholder feedback and service recovery response.
This course equips supervisors with practical competencies to manage stakeholder expectations while scheduling and supervising cleaning services.
The competencies gained support stronger on-site leadership and may contribute to job upgrading opportunities such as Senior Cleaning Supervisor, Site Supervisor or Operations Supervisor.
Level: Intermediate (designed for existing Cleaning Supervisors or team leaders progressing into supervisory responsibilities).
Assessment: Role Play (table-top/verbal) and Oral Questioning (no written assessment).
What You'll Learn

Conduct a short, structured pre-briefing in accordance with organisational procedures.
Explain the key components of a service operations plan (coverage, manpower deployment, quality checks and escalation).
Adjust work arrangements (manpower, timing, coverage and priorities) to meet stakeholder requirements while maintaining service standards.
Apply relevant legal requirements (in a practical cleaning context) when responding to service operations issues and incidents.
Handle contingencies (e.g., manpower shortage, equipment breakdown, chemical spill and complaint escalation) in accordance with organisational procedures and relevant legal requirements.
