About This Course
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Relate cross-cultural concerns of the local clientele to the workplace in a social service setting
2. Apply the ACE model when handling clients
3. Interpret the challenges when applying the ACE model
4. Prepare oneself in taking appropriate positions when facing situations involving cultural sensitivity
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
• Be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6 or above
• Be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6 or above
• Be able to use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 6 or above
