3.Gather feedback from learners using Kirkpatrick Model on the effectiveness of the training programme
What You'll Learn
This three-day highly interactive programme seeks to equip these practitioners with the essentials to be trainers of youths. Through this programme, social workers, youth workers and leaders who are newly appointed trainers, will acquire the requisite skills and knowledge to effectively design and deliver training sessions for youths. These essential training skills and practical tips will build their confidence and competence to be excellent trainers. This will result in an increase in their level of effectiveness and quality of work with youths.
Entry Requirements
The skills and knowledge for this course, which the learner is assumed to possess, are as follows:
• Be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6
• Be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6
• Be able to use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 6
