On successful completion of this unit, the participant will be able to:
1. Define the scope of an environmental management program
2. Develop and implement environmental management plan and procedures for an individual landscape site or horticulture workplace
3. Monitor and evaluate an environmental management plan and procedures for a workplace site
What You'll Learn
The Environmental Management in Landscape Operations (Level 4) course is designed for Managers in the various landscape sub-sectors. It aims to equip participants with the competencies to develop strategies and plans to incorporate sustainable environmental management practices within landscape operations.
Entry Requirements
Participants should meet the following entry requirements:
a. Minimally GCE ‘N’ level (English and Mathematics) or WPLN level 7 and
b. (i) At least 2 years of experience in landscape supervision, or
(ii) Attained a preceding WSQ full qualification in Landscape or other landscape-related qualifications.
