What You'll Learn

The target audience for this training programme are people managers who need to conduct career coaching for their staff. Various research on career coaching have pointed to the needs and benefits of career coaching on the learning and development of staff. In this age of rapid organizational chang-es coupled with major economic and technological disruptions, employees are less likely to rise up the ranks and more likely to be dislocated, change jobs or area of specialization often. Career coaching is a strategic resource that organizations can rely on to empower managers to help their employ-ees find career fulfilment and performance drive. Career coaching is a well-accepted employee satisfaction driver used by Human Resource Departments in various Multi-National Companies (MNCs). These MNCs use managers as career coaches not only as a cost saving measure, but, more importantly, to engage and develop their employees and the organization. Entry Requirements

Learners are expected to be able to possess the following requirements:
● Minimum 4 years of work experience, out of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
● Diploma to Masters' Degree
● Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 in Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing
● IELTS 5.5 or equivalent (applicable for International students)
● A pass in TVI English Admission test
● Possess basic information and communication technology (ICT) skills
