About This Course
1. Able to describe contemporary terrorist threats
2. Able to identify person-borne threats
3. Able to identify vehicle-borne threats
4. Able to Identify object-based threats
This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Security Sector.

Assumed attitudes
•	Learners must be self-motivated, demonstrate a positive attitude and be ready and willing to learn.
•	Have a genuine interest in applying and using the skills and knowledge they learn.
Assumed Skills and Knowledge
Learners are assumed to have the following skills and knowledge for this course:
•	read, write and speak English at Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
•	manipulate numbers at Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 4
Experience in security related industry
•	No prior experience required as this is an entry level course.
Physical and medical requirement
•	Certified by a medical doctor to be physically fit for work.
If learner does not meet entry requirement 
Learner would be asked to take a Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) assessment. British Council (Singapore) Limited is the appointed assessment centre. Leaner will be able to enroll for the course when they present their certificate showing attainment of min Level 4 WPLN.
