About This Course
LO 1: Learners are able to identify types of E-commerce and ways to advertise products online
LO 2: Learners are able develop E-commerce campaign objectives and the message to be communicated
LO 3: Learner are able to gather data from E-commerce activities and use it for precampaign testing
LO 4: The Learners are able to execute E-commerce campaigns in alignment to e-commerce strategies, sales and marketing strategies.
LO 5: Learners are able to monitor campaign performance and effectiveness in accordance with performance measures to further refine action plans
LO 6: Learners are able to manage E-commerce campaigns
LO 7: Learners are able to monitor social media platforms and E-commerce platforms for customer feedback or review
LO 8: Learners are able to review information on E-commerce sale and customer feedback to better align E-commerce campaigns with business objectives
What You'll Learn
The course will provide learners with a blueprint to the world of E-commerce allowing them to identify which E-commerce platforms to choose and the best way to drive traffic to them. Learners will use both computers/laptops and their smartphones to set up E-commerce platforms such as Shopline and Shopee, integrated them and use social media to drive traffic to the platforms. This will cover the areas of E-commerce models, marketing using social media and social commerce(Live selling) to build awareness and drive sales.
Entry Requirements
1. A minimum Grade 5 in N-Level in English or WPLN level 5 or passed the ACETEK English proficiency test or equivalent
2. Basic knowledge on how to use a smartphone
3. Basic knowledge on how to use a computer word processor(MS Word) and email
4. Basic knowledge of Facebook and Instagram social media account or equivalent
5. Basic knowledge of how to surf the internet
