About This Course
At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
•	LO1. Assemble tools and equipment required for dim sum preparation
•	LO2. Prepare ingredients for different types of dim sum dishes 
•	LO3. Combine ingredients into the dim sum items to be cooked
•	LO4. Cook different dim sum dishes at required temperatures using appropriate techniques across required time intervals
•	LO5. Apportion, plate and store finished products and ingredients appropriately
•	LO6. Restore workstations after cooking

"Entry Requirements
- Learners should be at least 18 years old
- Learners should have at least primary school or equivalent education
- Learners must be able to listen, speak, read, and write English at a level equivalent to Workplace Literacy - Level 4 and above. 
- Learners who do not meet the above requirements will be required to go through a short interview to verify their language and cognitive ability.
