About This Course
At the end of the course, learners will be able to
- Apply Tableau to select and create appropriate visual displays for the following: Deviation, Correlation, Ranking, Distribution, Change Over Time, Magnitude, Part-to-Whole, Spatial and Flow.
- Apply Shaffer’s Four Cs of data visualisation to visual displays: Clear, Clean, Concise and Captivating
- Assess and communicate the limitations of data and interpretations of findings alongside visual displays to address
- Apply Tableau to create dashboards and scorecards with the specific features
- Apply Power BI to create informative and dynamic data displays
- Use 3 user interactivity features of Power BI in data presentations

Entry Requirements
Academic Requirement
- 3 GCE O level subjects (including English) with a pass (i.e. C6
and above) or equivalent
- Completion of General Assembly's Course - Fundamentals of Data Analytics and Data Ethics
Language Proficiency
- GCE O Level English with a pass (i.e. C6 of above) or
- Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5
