About This Course
To demonstrate mastery of the tasks in this course, the participants must be able to do the following within the given time limit and with the materials, tools and equipment supplied:
LO1	Evaluate the viability of the organisation’s architecture against current and projected market trends and alternative strategies using business strategy formulation and planning principles
LO2	Develop new enterprise architecture metrics-driven strategies that anticipate industry developments, project future trends and meet the vision and priorities of key customers or stakeholders.
LO3	Design a sustainable enterprise architecture development strategy that define architecture metrics to guide monitoring of the enterprise life cycle and incorporate best practices and methodologies.
LO4	Develop an Enterprise Architecture realisation and implementation plan that optimise project cost, value added of new business initiatives and resources management to support business architecture and strategy.
LO5	Design an enterprise architecture blueprint that aligns with business transformation initiatives and drives business strategy, based on a comprehensive SWOT analysis and business strategy requirements
What You'll Learn
This course provides a variety of tools, building blocks and resources that facilitate the process and enables the design of Enterprise Architecture across four domains: Business, Data, Applications and Technology. It offers the means of uniting different methodologies in business planning, IT Architecture, and project management under one common framework.
Entry Requirements
Participants should be able to:
• Read, write and speak English at WSQ WPL Level 6
• Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 6
• Communicate effectively and able to engage in classroom discussion
• Present effectively
Target age group
• 21 and above
Required Experience:
Individuals who possess an understanding of digital transformation enabling technology, product trends and their application. They also should possess basic knowledge of the business domain and are familiar with organisations’ IT functionality, with at least 3 years work experience in a business and/or IT environment or graduated from a business/ IT/ engineering discipline.
