Enterprise architecture is evolving as a new discipline that is critical to the success of organisations in the post-digital era. It aims to help organisations bridge the gap between their business strategy and their technology landscape in the post-digital era. This will require the enterprise architecture practitioners to have a number of core skills and attributes.
This course, “Enterprise Architecture Core”, is designed to equip learners with the essential knowledge, skills and a variety of tools and resources that to enhance their proficiency in applying the business modelling techniques and tools, developing the business case for enterprise IT solutions, developing roadmap for IT solutions and the designing, and developing enterprise architecture blueprint.
Addressing these performance gaps can help enterprise architecture practitioners enhance their skills and effectively bridge the gap between business strategy and technology landscape in the post-digital era.
What You'll Learn
This course equips learners to champion IT initiatives. They will build skills in crafting persuasive business cases, analysing ROI, and presenting justifications to senior stakeholders. Additionally, they will develop strategic planning, prioritisation, and long-term strategy for IT solutions. Finally, they will also master enterprise architecture, from gap analysis to best practices in requirement gathering, and recommend frameworks that ensure compliance and effective communication.

• Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 6
• Communicate effectively and able to engage in classroom discussion
• Present effectively
Target age group
• 21 and above
Required experience: At least 2 years work experience in a business and/or IT environment or graduated from a business/ IT/ engineering discipline.
