LO3 Provide advice on public policy and trends in sustainable engineering, environment management and energy management including Greenhouse Gas (CHG) emissions
LO4 Interpret the economics of environmental risks and impact on businesses, governance, and society
LO5 Recommend organisational interventions and strategies benchmarked to industry best practices and current trends in sustainability
LO6 Examine sustainable solutions for societies and communities using Social Return on Investment (SROI) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) rating
LO7 Develop sustainable solutions, including carbon reduction strategies and life cycle assessments to enhance market competitiveness, ecological and communal benefits
LO8 Recommend engineering solutions to ensure organisational compliance to existing codes of practice, regulations and standards for sustainability
Entry Requirements
• 21 years and above
• Possess minimally a Diploma Level and/or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6
• Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 6 • Minimum 1 year of working experience
• In the event if learners did not meet the prerequisite, they will be invited for an interview by the Operations Manager / Training Manage r (via in person, audio / video call) and advised on suitable courses (e.g. advise learners to take up suitable English course) that they could undertake to improve their ability to fit into this course
