About This Course
The course targets candidates working in the Major Hazard Installation sector of Singapore with knowledge and standard on process control and instrumentation.
The course will address the following: -
o Safety Standard and International code of best practice
o Instrumentation and control used in Hazardous Environment
o Instrument functional safety concept under the standard
o Working in hazardous environment and safety.
What You'll Learn
The course will address the needs of the sectors where candidates will be able to:-
- Increase the understanding of the local standard and international standard on best practices so that with this knowledge, the candidates will be able to supervise that the jobs done in accordance with the Standard.
- Increase the competency in the ability to inspect Ex Electrical equipment; inculcate best practice and safety
- Increase the candidate knowledge and ability to understand the suitability of instrument and control used in the particular hazardous zone
- Increase the candidate knowledge on hazardous area so that he can operate effectively
- Increase the understanding of the local standard and international standard on best practices so that with this knowledge, the candidates will be able to supervise that the jobs done in accordance with the Standard.
