About This Course
This programme is designed to provide leaders essential skills to operate in the VUCA business world. Designed to equip leaders with the tools to map the interrelations with the operating variables as they facilitate innovation and lead change in the workplace. Tools such as change management aim to strengthen their ability to better facilitate change and lead people to the desired future state.

Entry Requirements
Learners are assumed to possess the following:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level in English or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months’ working experience in leading a team as a manager or people leader from any industry sector
• Be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) level 5
• Be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the ES WSQ WPL level 5
