About This Course

The programme focuses on three core competencies of leadership:
• Conduct team planning activities
• Demonstrate organisational values
• Build support and commitment within the team

What You'll Learn

This 2-day (16 hour) programme aims to equip the learners with the skillsets to lead team planning activities to develop operational plans so as to achieve team objectives. It also includes building team support and commitment towards the defined objectives and demonstrating leadership and organisation values through one’s actions.

Entry Requirements

Learners are assumed to possess the following:
• At least Nitec, GCE “N” level (Pass in English)
• Minimum 6 months experience working as a supervisor, team leader or junior manager
• Have access to supervisory-level case studies and experiences which are relevant to the topic
• English language proficiency to benefit from the training and undertake the assessments (Level 5 of the Workplace Skills Series attainment scale)
• Have access to computer or laptop with web camera and microphone or possess a smart phone with web camera and microphone for dual login.
• Familiar with basic features of Zoom platform.

For Learners without familiarity of basic Zoom platform, pre-course briefing and training can be held for learners to be acquainted with the platform.
