This training programme is designed for individual contributors seeking to adapt to change and manage their own career development.
As working environments are rapidly evolving and becoming more global, dispersed, diverse and complex due to economic and technological disrup-tions, individuals are more likely to experience horizontal career mobility such as frequent change of jobs or areas of specialization and less likely to follow traditional forms of vertical career progression. There is thus great impetus to equip individuals with up-to-date understanding of current work trends and the ability to manage and develop their career in order to adapt and thrive in these rapidly changing times.

Entry Requirements
• GCE 'O' Level English (minimum C6 grade)
• Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 in Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing
• IELTS 5.5 or equivalent (applicable for International students)
• A pass in TVI English Admission test
• Possess basic information and communication technology (ICT) skills
