- Practise various engagement and retention strategies and best practices
- Understand the diverse values of staff across generations and personalities to tailor suitable engagement plans
- Balance task and people focus so people feel cared for and supported to perform
- Gain the competence and confidence to conduct Stay Interviews instead of Exit Interviews

Entry Requirements

- Polytechnic Diploma
- Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 in Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing
- IELTS 5.5 or equivalent (applicable for International learners)
- A pass in TVI English Admission test
- Possess basic information and communication technology (ICT) skills
- Have supervisory and managerial roles experience and responsible for the engagement and retention of their employees
