[ELEVATE] Driving Business Strategy (Classroom & Asynchronous)
About This Course
Leaders at every level are expected to think and lead strategically. To do this effectively, they must first develop a clear understanding of the organisation’s business strategy. Only when leaders grasp the strategy in depth can they then translate it into meaningful priorities and align their teams’ daily activities to deliver against the company’s broader goals.
Driving Business Strategy is a one-day programme by Korn Ferry Academy that helps managers and leaders strengthen this critical capability. In the morning, participants will explore how strategy is created through the lens of the CEO and senior leadership — gaining insight into the choices and trade-offs that shape corporate direction. In the afternoon, the focus shifts to implementation: operationalising strategy at the departmental or team level, aligning priorities, and measuring the effectiveness of activities against strategic objectives. Participants will leave the module equipped to approach their team’s priorities with greater clarity, alignment, and strategic intent.
