Everyday ESG: Finding Your Sphere of Influence
About This Course
Designed for managers and executives who seek to move Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) from abstract policy to everyday practice, this intermediate-level course combines core ESG frameworks with a personal Sphere of Influence model to help learners analyse what ESG means for their industry and organisation, evaluate its environmental and social impact, and assess associated risks. You'll learn about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), use a Risk-Impact Matrix to prioritise real operational risks, formulate recommendations for decision-making, and build a personal action plan that turns awareness into habit. Get ready to be equipped with practical, transferable skills that strengthen your value as an ESG-literate professional — supporting career advancement into roles with greater sustainability responsibility, and enabling you to shift ESG from passive awareness to active, everyday contribution that adds measurable value to your organisation's ESG strategy.
