About This Course
This unit addresses the skills and knowledge to
develop a framework to resolve organisational
conflict, grievances and disputes. It includes developing a conflict management framework, consulting key stakeholders and reviewing the conflict management framework to maintain or enhance positive employee relations.

A competent individual must be able to successfully perform the following:
1. Develop a framework for managing conflict, grievances and disputes, taking into consideration organisation’s context and legal, ethical and socio-cultural considerations relating to conflict, grievance and dispute
resolutions
2. Consult key stakeholders to obtain buy-in on the framework and ensure alignment to organisation objectives
3. Review framework for managing conflict, grievances and disputes to maintain or enhance positive employee relations

Entry Requirements
Prospective candidates should have a minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline and at least 2 years of HR or people management experience
OR
Diploma holders with at least 3 years of HR or people management experience may also be accepted.
