About This Course
To acquire knowledge and application skills to manage disorderly conduct and threatening behavior and be able to apply professionally and effectively at workplace. This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Security Sector.

Entry Requirements
1. Ability to read, write, speak and listen to English at WPL Level 4.
2. Ability to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4.
3. Education: Minimum Secondary 2 education.
4. Age: 18 and above
5. Experience in Security Industry: N.A.
6. To fulfil PLRD (Police Licensing & Regulatory Department) licensing requirements for a full pledge
qualified Security Officer
7. At the ATO Admin/ Registration Counter:
• A checklist is to be provided to Admin to ensure the learner requirements (above) are met accordingly
• To make recommendations on suitable courses if the individual does not meet the entry
criteria
• Verification of authenticity can be done via checking on certificates
• Physically and medically certified fitness of health
• Learners who do not meet the entry requirements of ESS Level 4 will be interviewed by the key personnel such as the training manager and may be recommended to take the WPLN literacy test
