About This Course
o Review and analyse current operating environment (internal & external: Strengths/Weaknesses/ Challenges/Opportunities/Threats)
o Provide a structured process for strategic planning
o Obtain buy-in, commitment and ownership from the management team to the strategic plan.
o Develop, review or validate organisation’s vision/mission statement
o Address and communicate corporate governance and social responsibility obligations
o Model values and beliefs that underpin vision for the organisation and support strategic priorities
o Develop, review and align goals to vision/mission
o Identify and prioritize critical success factors (CSFs) for the organisation
o Develop high level action plans for the prioritized CSFs (define outcomes/measurements, actions, timelines and responsible party)
