About This Course
At the end of the course, the learners will be able to use the correct tools & equipment for the different types of dry heat cooking techniques such as roasting, broiling & grilling, pan-frying, sauteing, deep-frying and stir-frying. They will also learn to prepare ingredients and apply the different types of flavouring techniques to cook parts of Chinese dry-heat dishes without burnt. These are pre-requisite ability and knowledge applicable in workplace.
What You'll Learn
This course is aimed to introduce basic Chinese Dry-heat cooking skills to learners which will provide a basis for progressing to Level 2 Chinese Dry-Heat Dish Preparation and Cooking.
Entry Requirements
• Min 18 years old
• Primary school level onwards.
• Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 (Reading,
Listening, Speaking, Writing, Numeracy).
