About This Course

At the end of the course, the learners will be able to demonstrate understanding the use of tools & equipment, ingredients and mixing techniques involved in making the bread using straight dough method. In the process, learners will be able to recognise the correct dough texture required after mixing and demonstrate the different shaping methods for making the bread.

What You'll Learn

This course is aimed to introduce basic bread making skills to learners which will provide a basis for progressing to Level 2 Bread Preparation.

Entry Requirements

• Min 18 years old
• Primary school level onwards.
• Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 (Reading,
Listening, Speaking, Writing, Numeracy).
