About This Course
Upon successful completion, learners will also be equipped with competencies and capabilities to handle incidents involving crowd and vehicular traffic professionally using effective communication skills.

Entry Requirements
Learners should have a basic understanding of the organisation's vision, mission and values, service offering, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and understand the need for optimal security outcomes.
Learners are also assumed to:
- have a sense of duty and responsibility on the job
- be disciplined and able to follow instructions given
Learners are expected to be between 21 and 65 years of age and come from a diverse background. Most of them should have a basic orientation towards providing security services and already have some working experience. A minority of the learners may be new to the industry or are considering a position in the industry.
Learners should be able to listen to, speak, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 3; and use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 3.
